Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: October 2026

We want everyone to be able to read this website, request a quote and reach our shop, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What standard do we aim for?

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines from the W3C describe how to make web content usable for people with disabilities. We use them as our checklist whenever we build or change a page.

What is built into the site?

  • Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible outline on the focused item and a skip link to the main content.
  • Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
  • Text and button colors are chosen to meet the AA contrast ratios.
  • Pages reflow on phones and when you zoom in, without sideways scrolling.
  • Animation is kept to a minimum when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Photos carry text descriptions, so screen reader users hear what each one shows.
  • Questions and answers open with standard expandable controls that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.
  • Videos load only when you press play, and the videos we publish carry captions.

Where does the site fall short?

Some content comes from other companies, and we cannot always fix it ourselves. These are the limits we know about.

  • Manufacturer documents on the submittals page, such as data sheets, color charts, warranties and details, may not be fully accessible PDFs. Ask, and we send the information another way or go through it with you by phone.
  • CAD drawings in DWG or DXF format, and the shop drawings we send for approval, are visual by nature. We can describe the dimensions and details in writing.
  • The spam check on our forms comes from Cloudflare. If it stops you, call or email us instead.
  • The roof size tool depends on Google aerial data and a typed address. If it does not work for you, the quote request form or a phone call works just as well.

How do I report a problem?

Tell us what you were trying to do and where it went wrong. Call (732) 201-5224 during business hours, Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, or email info@architecturalmetalpanels.net.

It helps to include the page address, your device and browser, and any assistive technology you use. We reply, tell you what we can fix, and get you the information you needed in another format in the meantime.

You can also reach us through the contact page. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send us.
