These terms apply to your use of this website, which Architectural Metal Panels LLC operates. Using the site means you accept them, so if you object to any of them, stop using it.
These terms cover the website only. Any order you place with us is governed by the terms on your quote or invoice, not by this page.
Is the information on this site advice for my building?
No. Our guides, product pages and code notes are general information to help you plan. They are not engineering, architectural, legal or tax advice for a specific building.
Codes and rules change. New Jersey’s 2024 building, residential and energy codes, for example, took effect on August 17, 2026, with a six-month grace period. Your design professional, your installer and your local construction official decide what applies to your project.
Are the numbers on this site a quote?
No. Every number on this site is general planning information, not an offer, a quote or a contract. That includes profile dimensions, typical lead times and any figure in a guide.
Your written quote and the shop drawings you approve are what count for an order. We price from the dimensions, cut lists and plans you send, as our request a quote page explains.
Quotes are not contracts either. A quote states our price for the parts it lists, based on the dimensions and documents you sent us. The terms on your quote or invoice apply to any order you place, and if anything on this website differs from those written terms, the written terms control.
Who is responsible for the dimensions?
You are. We fabricate to the dimensions, cut lists, field measurements and plans that you or your installer supply, and to the shop drawings you approve. We do not measure on site, and we do not check your field dimensions against the building.
Please check every dimension, quantity and detail before you send it, and check shop drawings before you approve them. If parts made to dimensions you supplied, or to drawings you approved, do not fit because those numbers were wrong, that is your responsibility. If a part does not match the approved drawing, call us, and the terms on your quote or invoice apply.
We make parts and do not install them. Fastening, underlayment, field flashing details, permits and code compliance of the finished work are matters for you, your installer and your design professional.
Product information, colors and documents
Data sheets, color charts, details and warranty documents, including those in a submittal package, can change without notice. On a building project, the submittal approved for that project controls.
Colors on a screen never match painted metal exactly, so check the color name and finish on your quote before you approve the order. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners. Naming a product, coating or system on this site does not mean that its maker endorses us.
Forms, quote requests and uploads
Sending a form, a message or a quote request does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to go ahead. Please give accurate contact and project details.
When you upload plans or specs on our send plans for a quote page, you confirm that you have the right to share them for pricing and fabrication. We use them only to prepare and discuss your quote and, if you order, to prepare shop drawings and fabricate the parts. You or their author keep ownership.
Our privacy policy explains how we store and delete what you send, and how calls and texts work, including replying STOP to end texts.
What may I do with this site?
You are welcome to read the site, pass its links along and print pages to plan your own project. The following uses are off limits.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or false requests.
- Try to reach admin areas, other people’s requests or files that were not shared with you.
- Copy, scrape or harvest site content or contact details with automated tools.
- Overload, probe or interfere with the site, its forms or its tools.
We may cut off anyone who abuses the site.
Who owns the content on this site?
The text, photos, drawings, logo and design of this site belong to Architectural Metal Panels LLC or to those who licensed them to us. Please do not reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links and outside services
The site links to government, manufacturer and other outside websites. Some features rely on outside services, such as Cloudflare for spam checks and YouTube for videos. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
Availability and accuracy of the website
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free, complete or online. We may change, move or remove pages, tools and information at any time.
Limits of liability
The website and its general information are provided as they are, without promises beyond those in these terms. To the extent New Jersey law allows, Architectural Metal Panels LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website, or from relying on its general information instead of a written quote or approved shop drawings.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under New Jersey consumer protection law, or our duties under the terms of your quote or invoice. Finish warranties come from the coil maker, installation warranties come from your installer, and our warranties page explains both.
Which law applies?
New Jersey law governs these terms and any disagreement over this website. Such disagreements belong in the state or federal courts in New Jersey.
Updates to these terms
These terms can change as the site or our services change. Check the effective date at the top for the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update counts as accepting it.
